FAQs
Is parking available?
Yes, we have secured parking at the event location with no additional expense to attendees.
Is my ticket or sponsorship tax-deductible?
A portion of your ticket or sponsorship is tax-deductible. The fair market value of the evening’s meal and beverages is $55 per guest; any amount contributed above that value is considered a charitable donation to the Kind Human Foundation and may be tax-deductible. You will receive a receipt following the event for your records.
Can I choose my table or request to sit with specific guests?
The easiest way to sit together is to book all tickets under the same reservation. Otherwise, feel free to email Nick at NickS@kindhumanfoundation.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. That said, part of the magic of the evening is meeting new people who share the same heart for impact — so don’t be surprised if you leave with a few new friends.
Can my company pay by check or ACH instead of credit card?
Yes, both credit and ACH are supported through our online payment system; however, offline donations like cash and check are also viable options. Please contact us and we’ll help make it a seamless process for you.
Are there hotel options for out of town guests?
Yes, we have a room block at The Notary for March 21st and March 22nd. Rooms are $229 per night. Please click this link or call the hotel and let them know you are part of Kind Human Foundation’s Oasis Gala to access the room block. Discounted rates are available until February 28th.
If I can’t attend, can I still donate or participate in the auction?
Absolutely! With every dollar donated, you provide clean drinking water for people in need. Please visit kindhumanfoundation.com/donate to support the cause and make a difference. The silent portion of the auction will also go live several weeks before the event and does not require you to be present for the event. If you win a silent auction item, we will coordinate shipping after the event takes place.
